Incredible! My new favorite restaurant in Vegas. Would come here every day if I could. Lol. Portions are huge and the food delicious. The house and hibiscus margaritas were fantastic. Didn't actually like the other two specialty margaritas much, but they were interesting and beautiful if nothing else.
We had a great dinner at Nacho Daddy last night and really enjoyed the experience. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and well-paced without feeling rushed. The portions are very generous and definitely filling. You get great value for what you order, and the menu has a lot of solid options. The nachos are a must-try—loaded, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. The fajitas were also fantastic, sizzling hot, well-seasoned, and very satisfying. Overall, Nacho Daddy delivers great food, big portions, and excellent service. We left full and happy and would absolutely come back.
Ok... so we came here for some of the nachos, and honestly, the cheeseburger mini nachos that we ordered were fantastic. They were super salty and savory... and the chips were crunchy, not soggy. However, my wife and I also ordered the churro basket because we had churros together on our first date back in 1999. <3 Good grief, these were the best churros I've ever had, especially with the three dipping sauces (berry, chocolate and caramel)!
Best restaurant to eat at when visiting Las Vegas! They never disappoint. Their food is always super delicious and the staff is always so wonderful! I absolutely love love love their vegan menu/options. Their vegan chicken tacos and fajitas are my fave. Also love the vegan triple dip. I recommend coming here to everyone in Vegas.
It was our first time stopping by Nacho Daddy and it did not disappoint! We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. It's a cool, funky fun atmosphere and decor. We ordered the filet mignon nachos and holy guacamole was it delicious! Highly recommend it! We will definitely be stopping by again to try another nacho dish.

Wanted Mexican Cuisine. Lunch specials were amazing, perfect portions to scratch our appetites. Had the lemon pepper wings, fiesta nachos with chicken, and the carnitas enchiladas. Thank you Nacho Daddy. Perfect stop today!
Came here twice last June and really enjoyed our meal. My wife has dairy and gluten allergies and this was one of the few places she could eat downtown. The vegan nachos are top notch, as well as the burritos. Came here again in June 2026 and found the food to be just as good as last year. It’s definitely top of our list for our annual Vegas visits.
We dropped in for an early lunch, they jumped to welcome us! Nice bar with ample TV’s in the center, a mix of bar height and standard dining tables, friendly and attentive servers. Although they are known for nachos, we opted for tacos, Mexi Cobb salad w grilled chicken and chicken wings. Salad was very refreshing filled with quality produce, tacos and wings very respectable. Mango daddy cocktail served hubby well for a hot LV day and my Mango Tango mocktail was prepared as I requested - not too sweet👍 Solid spot for a good meal and a good time, highly recommend!
Came in and got seated pretty quick. This was during the afternoon time on a Thursday so it wasn’t quite busy. Our server was Gabe and I’d say this guy has great energy and his service was top tier. Good vibes at this location. Ordered the enchiladas and fiesta nacho lunch special and a few drinks which all came out to be very delicious. Restaurant was clean and staff were also attentive which is very important.
